Permit
To be able to apply for an operator holding account, you must have a valid greenhouse gas permit from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
The permit is a requirement to be able to open an operator holding account in the Union Registry. When a permit decision has been taken by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, the permit is sent directly to the Swedish Energy Agency. You do not need to attach a copy of the permit to your application.
