Monitoring plan
The monitoring plan must have been submitted to and approved by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency before an application for an account is carried out. A copy of it must be attached to the application for an account in the Union Registry.

The following information must also be provided in the application, if not already in the monitoring plan:
- Unique code (CRCO) according to EU Regulation (EG) 748/2009
- Call sign (ICAO designator)
