Conference Wind power research in focus 2020
Wind Power Research in Focus is a conference for those interested in research and innovation in wind power. The conference will be held on October 13, 2020.
Wind Power Research in Focus conference is organized by SWPTC, StandUp for Wind, Vindforsk, RISE and the Swedish Energy Agency.
The conference will be held as a one-day digital conference in Zoom due to the prevailing pandemic Covid-19.
General information about the conference
The conference consists of an introduction session, followed by parallel research sessions that each end with a discussion. Presentations will mainly be held in English.
The introduction session will discuss the large challenges wind energy faces, both on a national and international level and will be moderated by Charlotte Unger Larson, business developer, Swedish Wind Power Centre.
The following parallel sessions will provide insight into the different aspects of the state-of-the-art wind power research and innovation taking place in Sweden and internationally. Each session includes three 15-minute presentations and ends with a 15-minute open discussion with all presenters where it is possible for all conference participants to ask questions.
